The Space Teddy

Teddy 39

Hello there! Welcome to a very special story. What makes it so special? This story is about someone very special. She’s my big sister, Teddy! She’s been an astronaut for about three years now. And so I think it would be pretty great to fictionalize her adventures! But, there is a strong tinge of truth to this story. Please keep that in mind, as I believe it will help you appreciate the story a little more. And so here we go with Adventures of a Space Teddy!

The Space Teddy

“Mission contwol, this is Teddy,” Teddy called over the radio, “I’m en route to the alien planet.” After a couple of moments, she received her response. “Roger that, Captain,” came the voice over her radio, “You may continue.” Teddy giggled. “Pwease, I’ve asked you before to just call me Teddy,” she answered, laughing, “There’s no need to be so formal!” A few seconds later, the voice over the radio said, “Copy that, Captain.” Teddy sighed and then switched off her radio.

As she returned her focus to her route, Teddy got thinking about how she became a space pilot. She had been a pilot for a number of years now. But she used to be a regular teddy who lived at home with her mommy and daddy. She was very attached to her mommy. And she missed her mommy and daddy. But she was called upon to be a space pilot and she didn’t really have a  choice but to go.

Teddy had spent many years taking care of her mommy. They had many adventures and had been through a lot together. But then it seemed that when her mommy needed her the most, she had to leave her. It was something that broke the pilot’s heart to think about. But it was also something that helped give her the strength to do a very important job.

Teddy remembered well a few years back, when everything changed for her. Her mommy was going through a very hard time. Her daddy had passed away. And she was struggling to make sense of the world. Teddy didn’t really know how to help her. This was the biggest thing that they had ever gone through. She was doing her best to give her mommy lots a hugs and snuggles, but it didn’t seem to help. But she didn’t think it was because she wasn’t doing a good job. She knew that what her mommy was going through was really hard, and she was going to need a lot of time.

Teddy had learned that he mommy’s daddy was to cremated. And that they were going to bury his ashes at his mom’s grave. So when it came time for them to go to the city where the cemetery was, Teddy did all she could to prepare herself for comforting her mommy. The trip to the cemetery was a long  one because it was in a different city. But it gave Teddy the time she felt she needed to figure out how to help her mommy.

By the time they reached the city, it was too late to do anything. So they got a hotel room. Her mommy, daddy, and her mommy’s brother went out to get some food. And Teddy decided to get a nap. But just as she was drifting off, she heard a strange humming noise in the room. The little bear shot up in bed and saw a large beam of light in the middle of the room. Teddy had to shield her eyes because the light was so bright. But as the light began to fade and she was able to see again, Teddy saw someone standing in the room.

Teddy saw that standing in the middle of the room was a small bear. The bear seemed to be a girl bear, wearing a pink dress and a red bow. Though small, the bear was bigger than Teddy, who was a very small bear. “Um…who are you?” Teddy asked the stranger. The bear walked close to the bed and extended her paw. “Hello, Teddy,” the bear answered, “My name is Fuzzy Bear. But you may just call me Fuzzy, if you like.” Teddy walked to the edge of the bed and shook her paw. “Why are you in my room,” she asked Fuzzy Bear, “And how do you know my name?”

“You may want to sit down,” Fuzzy bear told Teddy, “this may be a lot to take in.” The Teddy sat down at the edge of the bed. “I’m going to need you to trust me on this,” Fuzzy Bear began, “This may sound crazy, but I assure you that everything I’m about to tell you is completely true.” Teddy nodded. She didn’t understand why, but she trusted this strange bear. “I’m an alien,” Fuzzy continued, “but I suspect you guessed that already. I belong to an unnamed group of space pilots that help protect the entire universe. I’m here tonight because we need your help to keep everyone safe.”

Teddy couldn’t believe it. Though she did trust Fuzzy, she found it hard to believe that she was needed to protect the universe. “I understand that you feel you need to be here for your mommy,” Fuzzy told her, “But it is of the upmost importance that you come with me.” Teddy shook head. “No, I need to be here,” she told Fuzzy Bear, “My mommy needs me.” Fuzzy bear took Teddy’s paw in her own and smiled. “I understand your dilemma,” she assured Teddy, “But I promise you she’ll be ok. And, by coming with me, you’ll be helping to keep her safe.” Teddy shook her head again. “I don’t know,” she told the alien, “We’re not weaving until tomorrow. Can I think it over?” Fuzzy told her that she could think it over, but she would need to have an answer tomorrow. She then left.

Shaken up by the conversation she’d just had, Teddy tried to get some sleep. But she was having trouble doing so. So she laid in bed until everyone came back from dinner. And when her mommy did get back, she was actually laughing a little. It seemed that Teddy’s daddy and her mommy’s brother were helping her keep her spirits up, even just a little. A sudden sense of relief washed over Teddy as she saw that her mommy was smiling and laughing. She had been feeling a little guilty because she found that she was intrigued by the idea of going into space. But in that moment, she had made her decision. She was going to protect the universe.

The next day when everyone had left for the cemetery, Teddy waited patiently for Fuzzy Bear’s return. And it wasn’t too long before she did return. Teddy was getting a little excited thinking about becoming a space pilot. “Before I say yes,” Teddy told Fuzzy, “I have a question.” Fuzzy Bear smiled. “Of course,” she answered. Teddy sighed. “Do you know that my Mommy will be ok?” she asked, “I mean, are you sure that she’ll be ok?” Fuzzy Bear smiled again. “Yes,” she assured her, “I do. We aliens have the ability to see slightly into the future. And I know that if you come with me, your little sister, Teddy, will find her way to your mommy and that will lead to more of you siblings finding their way there, too.”

Teddy’s eyes lit up. She couldn’t believe what she’d just been told. Her sister was a very fun loving bear who loved potatoes. They hadn’t seen each other for a while, but they kept in touch. “Now you can’t tell her about this,” Fuzzy Bear told her, “or it could change the outcome of you coming with me.” Teddy nodded. “Just let me stay here until they get ready to weave,” she told the alien. “Of course,” Fuzzy agreed, “I’ll be back for you in a little while.” With that, the alien left. Teddy sat on the bed, wondering how to say goodbye to her mommy. She ultimately decided that she couldn’t do it. She just had to make sure that her little sister would be able to tell her mommy about her adventures when she went to space.

A little while later, everyone came back from the cemetery. Teddy’s mommy seemed in good spirits, despite what she had been out to do. She told her brother and Teddy’s daddy that they should start getting ready to head on home. They began packing up all their stuff. Teddy’s daddy set her carefully in his and her mommy’s bag. When he walked away, she slipped back out and hid behind a pillow. It was then that she got hit with an immense sadness. But she fought that back, knowing that she was going to be doing something very important. As soon as everyone left the room, she walked out from behind the pillow. With tears in her eyes, Teddy smiled. “Bye bye, mommy,” she said aloud, “bye bye, daddy.”

Teddy wiped her eyes as the beam of light carrying Fuzzy Bear lit up the room. “Are you ready?” Fuzzy Bear asked as the light faded. “Acshuwy,” Teddy answered, “I have a quick question. Is it possible to transmit an idea into someone’s mind?” Fuzzy Bear looked confused. “Yes,” she told Teddy, “We can do that with the technology we have. Why do you ask?” Teddy giggled. “I have an idea!” she exclaimed, “I know you said I’m not supposed to tell my wittle sister, but what if I do tell her and then we give daddy the idea to adopt her?” Fuzzy Bear laughed. “Now that’s actually a pretty good idea,” she said, “I think that’ll work. We can make our own fake adoption listing online and make sure he sees it. But we have to do it from the ship.” Teddy nodded and held Fuzzy’s Paw as the beam came down to take them to the ship.

Teddy had no time to admire the ship because they needed to get started on their plan right away. Teddy used a phone on the ship to call her sister. “Hewwo,” came the reply when her sister answered the phone, “I’m the Teddy!” Teddy smiled. It was so nice to hear her sister’s voice. “Hey little Teddy,” she said to her sister, “it’s your big sister. I need to ask you to do something.” She explained the whole situation with her sister. When she finished explaining, she asked, “So, do you think you can handle that? Mommy will really need someone to help look after herself.” Her little sister giggled. “Oh yes!” she answered happily, “I would wove to wive wif her! As wong as she has potatoes! Teheehee! I’m jus joking! But yes, of course!” Teddy smiled and thanked her sister. She got off the phone and she and Fuzzy Bear set up the rest of the plan.

Teddy spent a few of days on Fuzzy Bear’s ship, making sure that everything went according to plan. And it did! Her mommy was sad at first when she realized that Teddy wasn’t with them when they got home. They had called the hotel, but they couldn’t find her. But then they transmitted the idea of adopting another teddy into her daddy’s head. And when he went online to look, he found her little sister. He adopted her straight away. Then in just a couple of days, her little sister arrived. Her mommy was so happy to see her, too, which made Teddy very happy. “I don’t mean to rush things,” Fuzzy Bear said, walking up to the screen where Teddy was watching her family, “but we must start your training.”

The thought’s of her start as a pilot slowly slipped from Teddy’s mind as she approached an asteroid field near the planet. She set her ship to auto-pilot and then took out some paper and a pen. “I’ll have a very interesting story to tell her this time,” she said to herself, smiling, “I bet mommy will be excited when Teddy tells her I’ve sent another letter!” She began writing. She had written her little sister a letter everyday since she started her career as a space pilot. She’d had many adventures since she first went to space. And she had become one of the greatest space pilots of all time. All thanks to Fuzzy Bear’s training. She couldn’t wait to send the letter to her little sister. She finished writing as soon as she’d made it through the asteroid field. She gotten good at timing out her letters to her sister. She just knew that she had to finish this mission and then she could send her letter. “Let’s get this started!” she said excitedly to herself as she went off on her adventure. Little did she know that her little sister was about to start her own series of interesting adventures.

Writer’s block…

Oh dear. I’m afraid that in the middle of writing my newest story, I’ve hit a dry spell. I have this really great story idea that my little sister Teddy gave me. And I was getting along very well with the story in my mind. But now I’m having a little trouble continuing with it. So, unfortunately, it will be a while before I get the next story out. I do hope you all don’t mind. My stories seem to be pretty well received and I hate to disappoint anyone by not getting a new one out sooner.

So, please, be patient with me. I’ll try to make this story really worth the wait! Maybe it’ll be the biggest story yet! Please feel free to leave any advice on writer’s block in the comments below. Thank you very much. And, again, I apologize sincerely for the continuous wait on my next story.

Little Teddy and the U.F.O.

Teddy 39

OH! Hello there! Thank you for joining me for another story! I’m very sorry that it’s been so long since my last story. Daddy has been having a rough couple of weeks at work and hasn’t really been up to helping me. He’s still feeling pretty rough, but he promised to help me today.

Our story tonight is about the unknown. And how just because we don’t understand everything, we don’t have to fear the unknown. I know present to you, Little Teddy and the U.F.O.

Little Teddy and the U.F.O.

The Little Teddy was playing out next to her house. She was pretending to collect potatoes, using rocks to stand in for the potatoes. “Oh I jus have so many potatoes!” She said happily as she added more ‘potatoes’ to her stash. She picked up another ‘potato’ and pretended to eat it. She giggled to herself and pretended to eat another.

As she went to pick up another ‘potato’, she suddenly heard whistling. She looked around to see Teddy Tedaloo setting up his news stand for the day. The little teddy walked up to the news bear. “Good morning, Teddy Tedawoo!” she said happily as she reached him. Teddy Tedaloo smiled. “That’s TedaLOO,” he told her, “And good morning!” He picked up a copy of his latest newspaper and showed it to the little teddy. “Have your heard about the U.F.O.?” he asked her. The little teddy’s eyes widened. “No,” she told the bear, “But pwease tell me about it!”

Teddy Tedaloo told the little teddy that people had been reporting sites of a U.F.O. flying above the woods at night. They claimed that a spherical craft with lots of bright lights would circle the sky above the woods for a while, and then just fly away. “OH!” the little teddy exclaimed as he finished explaining, “I wanna see the U.F.O.! I wanna meet awiens!” The little teddy ran off to tell some of her friends about the U.F.O.

The first place the little teddy went was the cave of her friends Dee and Little Dee. They greeted her happily when they saw her approach the cave. “Oh hi!” Dee said, smiling, “We’z vewy happy to sees you!” The little teddy started bouncing excitedly. “OH! We have to get Mickey and Zombie Jem!” she told her friends, “We’re gonna see a U.F.O.!” The two cave bears began bouncing too. “We want sees yoofos!!” Little Dee told her happily. The three friends hurried off to Zombie Jem’s house.

It didn’t take the three long to reach Zombie Jem’s house. The little teddy walked around to the side of the house to get the doorbell stick. She came back around and used the stick to ring the bell. Moments later the door was opened by a familiar looking humen. “Why hello there,” Sparkie said when as she opened the door, “How are you all doing?” The little teddy and two cave bears all smiled. “Were doing well,” the little teddy answered, “We jus need Zombie Jem so can hang out in the woods and wait for the U.F.O.”

It turned out that Zombie Jem was out with Shakie. “Don’t worry though,” Sparkie assured everyone, “They’ll be home very soon. Now, why don’t you tell me about this U.F.O.?” The little teddy explained what Teddy Tedaloo had told her. Sparkie smiled and nodded. “Ok,” she began, “they should be getting home just about now. So you can go wait for the U.F.O. with him. Just be very careful!” The little teddy and her friends all promised to be safe.

A few moments later, Shakie walked through the front door, followed by Zombie Jem and Mickey. “Oh yey!” the little teddy said happily, “Mickeys here too! No we dont have to get him!” Zombie Jem and Mickey both walked over to hug their friend. She explained the plan to wait for the U.F.O. and meet the aliens. “Oh, that sounds fun!” Mickey told her. “Oh yes,” Zombie Jem agreed, “Let’s do this!” So the friends headed back out into the woods.

They decided to wait in the woods near the Dee’s cave. They could set up some chairs in the clearing and began waiting. “Oh! This fun!” Little Dee exclaimed as he brought out some snacks from the cave. As he began to give some snacks to everyone, he heard a rustling in the trees. Everyone else heard it too, and when they looked around, they saw T jumping around the trees. “Hi, everyone!” he said cheerily, hopping down from the tree, “What are you all doing?” Dee clapped his paws together. “We wait for yoofo!” he told the mischief maker. “What’s a yoofo?” T asked.

The little teddy explained everything to T. “I’ve seen this U.F.O. before,” he told his friends. “Really?” Mickey asked. “Oh yes,” T answered, “I’ve never seen any aliens, but I’ve seen the U.F.O.” The little teddy was getting so excited that she began to bounce. “Oh, look at her,” Zombie Jem laughed, “she’s really excited for this U.F.O.! Let’s all bounce around with her to help pass the time!”

The friends bounced around the woods for hours until it started to get dark. “Oh!” the little teddy said excitedly, “it’s almost time!” The friends gathered back at the clearing by the cave and waited. It wasn’t too long before they got to see what they wanted. The sky began to light up. They heard a loud rumbling coming from far off. It quickly grew louder, and soon they saw the U.F.O. coming towards them.

Soon the U.F.O. was right above them. It began to descend and soon it had landed in front of the friends. “OOH!” the little teddy exclaimed, “U.F.O.!” Everyone gathered together as a door opened on the spacecraft and a ramp lowered. A form appeared at the doorway of the ship. A form that looked bearlike. The figure began walking down the ramp towards the friends.

It turned out that the figure was indeed a bear. “Greetings,” the bear said, waving. The little teddy walked up to bear and waved happily. “OH! Hewwo there,” she said happily, “What’s your name?” The Bear smiled. “Oh, I’m sorry, let me introduce myself,” she began, “My name is Fuzzy Bear, but you can just call me Fuzzy!” The rest of the friends came up and introduced themselves. They even invited her to eat with them.

“So, what made you come to Earth?” Zombie Jem asked as Little Dee got together some snacks for Fuzzy. The alien bear shrugged. “Oh, I was just curious to see what it was like here,” she answered. The cave bears giggled. “Thas funny!” Dee laughed. “Oh yes!” Little Dee agreed, “Iss just Earf!” Everyone laughed and then began eating their snacks. Fuzzy really enjoyed the Earth snacks. “These are so yummy!” she said, eating a snack the little teddy had given her, “What are they called again?” The little teddy smiled. “Oh! Tha’s a potato!!” she told the alien bear. “Well it’s very yummy!” Fuzzy told her!

After eating their snacks, the friends talked about her planet. It turned out to be very similar to Earth. “We just call our planet Home,” she explained to them, “it looks very much like Earth. We even have many of the same animals and foods. But some, like these yummy potatoes don’t grow on Home.” The friends loved learning about Home. T was happy to hear that they even had mischief makers there. “Mischief is very important!” he proudly told everyone.

After talking with their new friend for a while, everyone started to get tired. “Do you have to go back?” Mickey asked Fuzzy. She shook her head. “No, I plan to stay here for a while,” she answered. The little teddy began to bounce excitedly. “OH! Can we all stay the night in your cave, Dee and Little Dee?” she asked the cave bears. The two bears nodded happily. “Oh yez!” Dee said happily, “We be happy if everone stay!” Fuzzy Bear smiled. “Thank you very much for being so nice everyone!” she said, smiling, “Many movies about Earth we have on Home make it seem like you’re all mean and scary!” Zombie Jem laughed. “Actually, many of movies make other aliens seem mean and scary too!” he told her. Everyone laughed. They then settled down for a good night’s sleep.

THE END

Well thank you all for joining me tonight. I hope you enjoyed my story. And though the friends in story didn’t judge the alien bear, many people tend to judge others because they don’t understand their differences. But this isn’t a good way to do things. You should never judge first. It can be very problematic. So even if you didn’t like the story (though I very much hope you did), please know that something being unknown doesn’t make it bad. Thank you all. Please leave any comments you have in the comments section below.

A question from the author..

Teddy 38

Oh, hello there, everyone! Thank you for joining me. Today I would like to put forth a question for you all. Maybe a few questions, actually. I do hope you won’t mind.

So, as a writer, it is my job to keep the reader interested in the story. Otherwise, nobody would read my stories. And that would be quite dissatisfying for me. I would maybe one day like to publish a book of my short stories, if you, my readers, think it would be a good idea. But to do so, I think I would need a lot more stories to be included.

So, here’s the questions. As readers of my stories, what kind of adventures would you like to see the little teddy and her friends go on? Are there any characters you would like to see more of? Would you like to become a character in a story? These are all questions that will help me in my venture as an author. As I said already, I would like to consider publishing a book of short stories. And your answers to my questions will help me be able to get to a point where that could become a very real possibility.

Well, that is all for me. Please, leave your answers in the comments below. And, if you weren’t aware, my little sister Teddy and I both do our best to like and respond to comments left on the blog. So feel free to look back on comments you’ve left in the past. You may just like our reply to you! Thank you very much.

Little Teddy and the Mischief Maker

Teddy 38

Oh, hello! Welcome to another story time! I’m very happy to see you all again! My stories seem to be quite popular. Before we get to our story, I would like to take a moment to recognize two writer bears who have inadvertently help give me the confidence to begin my own writing career. Teddy Tedaloo (@TeddyTedaloo) and Mawson Bear (@MawsonBear) are both published authors and are both very nice bears. Please, do check them both out when you can!

Now, our story tonight is full of mischief. There are many out there who like to cause trouble. Sometimes, it’s just their way of being playful. Not all trouble is malicious. Some is quite benign. The mischief in our story is of the benign nature. But I won’t give too much away. Let’s get right into the story. It is titled “Little Teddy and the Mischief Maker”.

Little Teddy and the Mischief Maker

The little teddy was walking in the woods with her friends Zombie Jem and Mickey. They were going on another picnic at Dee and Little Dee’s cave. They had grown quite fond of the two cave bears. “I bwought two extwa speshul potatoes,” the little teddy told her friends, “I think they will weawwy yike them!” Mickey smiled. “I’m sure they will,” he agreed.

It had rained the night before so the ground was pretty slick. The little teddy tripped on a rock and, as she tried to get her balance, slipped and fell in the mud. Zombie Jem and Mickey carefully ran to her. “Are you ok, PammyBear?” Zombie Jem asked as he and Mickey reached down to help her up. But to his surprise, the little teddy was giggling. “Teeheehee! That was fun,” she laughed. Mickey laughed as they picked up their friend.

After cleaning up the little teddy, the three friends started back towards the cave. But when Mickey went to grab their picnic basket, he couldn’t find it. “What the?” he looked around, but couldn’t find the basket. “Wha’s the matter?” the little teddy asked him. Mickey shrugged. “Our picnic basket seems to have disappeared,” he answered her, still looking around. “How is that possible?” Zombie Jem asked. Mickey shrugged and shook his head. The little Teddy and Zombie Jem began helping his search.

After searching for about twenty minutes, the three friends were just about ready to give up. “Well, at least we didn’t plan this ahead of time,” Zombie Jem said. “Yeah, but its so disappointing that Dee and Little Dee won’t get to twy my potatoes,” the little teddy replied, hanging her head. “OH!” Mickey called out, “Found it!” The little teddy and Zombie Jem turned to Mickey and saw that he was pointing at a tree. They looked up and saw that their picnic basket was in the tree, hanging from the highest branch.

“How the heck did it get up there?” Zombie Jem asked, trying to figure out how they were going to their basket back down. “Tha’s a weawwy good question,” the little teddy answered, “How are we going to get it back down?” They determined that since none of them were good at climbing, there best bet was to try and knock it down with rocks. They all walked around looking for the biggest rocks they could still throw. But, when they got back to try and knock the basket down, they saw that their basket was now sitting at the base of the tree.

“What?” the little teddy questioned, “It was jus up in the twee. How did it get back down?” She went over to pick it up and noticed that it was much lighter than when they had packed it. She opened it up and was shocked to find it empty. “The foods are all gone,” she told Zombie Jem and Mickey. “What,” Mickey said confused, “How can it all be gone?” Zombie Jem looked up and saw that the contents of their basket were floating in the air where the basket had just been.

“What is going on here?” Mickey asked aloud. Just then, the friends heard a light giggling coming from behind them. They turned around, but nobody was there. Then they heard more giggling, this time from above them. They looked up, but again, nobody was there. “Who’s there?” Zombie Jem called out. But there was no answer. Suddenly, one of the little teddys potatoes fell from where it was floating. Then everything else followed. But it seemed that everything slowed down just before hitting the ground.

The three friends began gathering all of their picnic supplies. After they got them all together, Mickey went to get the picnic basket, only to find it missing again. “It’s gone again!” he exclaimed. Zombie Jem and the little teddy turned to see that their basket was indeed gone again. The heard giggling from behind the tree. Mickey ran around the tree, but found nobody. “Who the heck is messing with us?” he asked aloud as he walked back around.

When Mickey got back around the tree, he found the little teddy and Zombie Jem scrambling to catch all of their food, which was flying around in the air. The little teddy giggled as she chased her potatoes around. “Teeheehee,” she laughed, “this is siwwy and fun!” As he managed to catch some cookies, Jem said, “It may be fun, but I would much rather our food stop flying around so we can get back to out picnic.” As if he had spoken magic words, all the food fell to the ground.

The three friends gathered up their food and other picnic supplies. They put it all into the basket, this time without incidence. Once they were sure they had gotten all of their things together, they headed off in the direction of the cave. But they hadn’t gotten very far when they heard a faint sniffling. “Wha’s that?” the little teddy asked, “Is someone cwying?” They looked around to find the source of the sniffling. The little teddy soon found the source.

“Wook up there,” the little teddy said, pointing up. Zombie Jem and Mickey looked up to see a small bear sitting where their stuff had been up in the tree. “Hey,” Mickey called up to the bear, “come down here!” The bear wiped his eyes. “No!” he yelled down to the three friends. “Come on, pal,” Zombie Jem tried, “we just want to talk.” Again the bear yelled down, “NO!” The little teddy rummaged through the picnic basket. She pulled out a potato and held it up. “I’ll give you this potato!” she told the bear. This time the bears ears perked up. Then he vanished.

Moments later the small bear appeared before the friends. “How did you do that?” Mickey asked the bear, surprised by what he had just seen. “Potato, please,” the bear asked the little teddy, ignoring Mickey. He held out his paw and the little teddy gave him the potato. He took a bite and then smiled widely. “Oh, this is quite yummy,” he told her happily. The little teddy giggled. “It is nummy, isn’t it?” she asked, smiling.

“Why were you crying?” the little teddy asked the bear, after he had finished eating the potato. “Oh,” the small bear sighed, “I thought we were all having fun, but you didn’t like my games.” Mickey and Zombie Jem exchanged glances. “What games?” Zombie Jem asked. “When I was hiding your stuff,” the bear explained, “and when I made it all fly around.” Mickey walked up to the bear. “Wait, that was you?” he asked, “How is that possible?”

“Well, I’m a mischief maker,” the bear explained. He giggled and bowed. “My name is T,” he continued, “It’s a pleasure to meet you.” The little teddy scratched her head. “Mischief maker?” she asked, puzzled. “Yep,” T replied, “It’s my job to cause mischief wherever I go. But only good mischief, never bad.” Zombie Jem laughed. “I didn’t know that mischief maker was a job,” he said, “but that’s pretty great.” T sighed. “We normally like to have fun with others, but you all seemed more frustrated with my games,” he said flatly.

The three friends laughed. “No, no!” Zombie Jem assured T, “We weren’t frustrated at all! In fact it was quite fun.” T shrugged. “Then why did you want me to stop?” he asked confused. Mickey smiled. “Because we’re going to our friends cave,” he explained, “to have a picnic!” T’s eyes lit up. “OHH! I’m sorry,” he told the three, “I didn’t mean to keep you from something so fun!” The little teddy giggled again. “Oh it’s ok!” she told T. Then she had an idea. “OH!” she exclaimed, “Why don’t you come wif us?” T clapped his paws together. “Oh! Really?” he asked happily, “Is it really ok?” The three friends nodded.

On the way to Dee and Little Dee’s cave, the three friends got to know T a little better. In a short time, the little Teddy could tell they had made a really good friend. “So you can really use magic,” Zombie Jem asked. “Oh yes!” the bear happily replied. He then demonstrated some of his magic by disappearing and reappearing multiple times. He then turned to the little teddy. “Do you have another potato?” he asked her, “If so, could I hold it? I promise not to eat it.”

Reluctantly, the little teddy handed over her other potato. T took it and tossed it high into the air. It landed back in his paw. Then to everyone’s amazement, another potato fell down. He caught it too and handed it to the little teddy. “Here, for the one I ate earlier,” he said with a smile as she took the potato. “Oh, thank you,” the teddy smiled, “Now I still have two speshul potatoes for Dee and Little Dee!” T smiled. He was happy to have met such nice bears, despite their misunderstanding. They continued happily to the cave so they enjoy their picnic.

THE END

There we are! I hope everyone enjoyed the story. Please feel free to leave any feedback in the comments. I really appreciate your feedback. And please remember to check out Mawson Bear and Teddy Tedaloo. Thank you very much! Have a goodnight, everyone!
