Featured Teddy sibwing: Benjamin Bear

Oh, hi evwyone! My name is Benjamin Bear! I was just adopted yesterday from some pwace called the Goodwill. I was taken home right away because someone had nearly wipped off my left arm. It was vewy painful, as you might imagine. But I’m all patched up now, as you can see below in my picsure.

I have only had one night wif my new bwothers and sisters, but I’m really looking foward to many fun adventures wif them. I try to be a vewy cheerful bear because I believe evwyone needs someone to make them smile all the time. Which works for me because I love to make evwyone smile.

Well, that’s it for me. Maybe I’ll do an update after I’ve lived here longer. Well, I do hope this little bit of time wif me has made you smile, even a little. If you have any questions for me, please leave them in the comments below. It was so nice to meet you all!! Bye bye for now!

Little Teddy and the Giants

Teddy 38

Oh hello, everyone! Thank you for joining me for a new story. I think you’ll all enjoy tonight’s story. We have a couple of guest stars in our story tonight! But you’ll have to read the story to discover who they are! So, here is tonight’s story. Little Teddy and the Giants

Little Teddy and the Giants

The little teddy was in the forest. She was hanging out with her sister, Beary, her brother, Owl, and her two friends, Zombie Jem and Mickey.  The five of them were having a picnic. They had all sorts of yummy foodstuffs and were all enjoying themselves. “Oh, could you pass me some potatoes?” the little teddy asked Owl, who was sitting across from her. “Of course!” Owl replied, smiling, “here you go!” Owl passed a big bowl of potatoes to the little Teddy. She took a few and ate them up. Then, after a moment, she took the rest and ate them too. She giggled as she passed the empty bowl back to Owl.

The five friends enjoyed their food and, when it was all finished, they cleaned up everything and began to walk to Zombie Jem’s cemetery. “That sure was a nice picnic” Jem said cheerily, “So much great food!” The little teddy rubbed her tummy and smiled. “Oh yes,” she agreed, “so many potatoes!” She was about to say something else when a voice sounded from behind them. “Would you like to go on an adventure?” the voice said. Everyone turned around to see who was talking.

Standing behind them was Teddy Tedaloo. The bear was standing there, holding a copy of his newspaper, The Teddy Tedaloo Times. The little teddy noticed that the paper was opened and he seemed to be reading from it. “What’s this about adventure?” Zombie Jem asked, curious. Teddy Tedaloo looked up from his paper and smiled. “Oh, that,” he answered slyly, “I know where you can find a giant.” Hearing this, the little teddy grew quite excited. “Ooh! I’ve never met a giant!” she said excitedly. “Well then,” the bear replied, “follow me.”

The group followed Teddy Tedaloo through the forest. He led them to an area that none of them had ever been to. “Maybe this isn’t the best idea,” Owl said nervously to everyone else. The little teddy shook her head. “We have to go,” she insisted, “it’ll be so fun!” She remembered fondly Teddy Tedaloo leading her to the fairy teddies. “I think she’s right,” Mickey agreed, “this will be lots of fun! Owl soon found that their excitement was contagious. Soon he was just as eager to see this giant as they were. Beary too was looking forward to seeing the giant. “Oh let’s huwwy up,” she said to everyone, “we want to see the giant!” Teddy Tedaloo laughed. He began to walk a little faster, much to everyone’s delight.

After a while of walking, they came upon a large cave. The little teddy noticed it was much like the one where the fairy teddies had been. “I assure you, it’s different,” Teddy Tedaloo said, seeming to read her mind. The little teddy clapped her paws together. “Ok,” she said eagerly, “let’s go!” She began to head into the cave when Zombie Jem grabbed her paw. “Hold on now, PammyBear,” he told his friend, “It may be exciting and fun, but we must still be careful!” Mickey nodded. “He’s right, Pammy,” he agreed, “we should walk in threes as we head it. Just to be safe.”

Everyone agreed that he was right. Mickey and Zombie Jem walked on either side of the little teddy and Teddy Tedaloo and Owl walked with Beary. The moment they entered the cave, they could feel the temperature drop. “Everyone, do huddle a little closer together to stay warm,” Teddy Tedaloo instructed everyone. They did as he said and continued into the cave. It was a dark cave, so they had to walk slowly. “I do wish we had brought a flashlight,” Mickey said as they made their way through the cave. “Well, we didn’t know we’d be going through a cave,” Zombie Jem answered him. The little teddy laughed. “But is’s jus so exciting,” she said.

They walked a bit further into the cave before they noticed a light at the back of the cave. “OOOH!” the little teddy exclaimed, “That mus be where the giant is!” As soon as she said spoke, a large growl came from the back of the cave. Followed shortly by another. A shadow suddenly appeared on the back wall of the cave. It was a massive shadow that seemed to show not one, but two giants. Another growl sounded through the cave. The shadows now appeared to move.

Everyone began to get nervous. Teddy Tedaloo had said there was only one giant. Now it seemed there were actually two. Were they friendly giants? Maybe they were mean giants who ate teddies for dinner. Maybe it was one giant, but with two heads. These thoughts and concerns along with others raced through the heads of the adventurers. But the little teddy wasn’t going to let fear and concern beat her. “I’m going to meet the giants,” she said bravely, “I’m not afwaid!”

The little teddy walked toward the back of the cave, moving slower the closer she got. Everyone slowly followed her, still afraid of what might come to meet them from the back of the cave. As the Teddy neared the furthest part of the cave, another loud growl rang through the cave. The shadows began to move, seeming to lumber towards the group of explorers.

The little teddy backed up slowly as the shadows came closer. Then suddenly, the shadows began to shrink. And the two giants finally emerged from the back of the cave. Hobbling towards them came two completely normal sized teddies. They looked nearly identical, with one being about half the size of the other. Both teddies were smiling. When they reached the group the littler of the two spoke.

“Hello,” he said happily. He seemed to be a little sleepy. “I is Little Dee and he is Dee.” The other teddy smiled and waved. “We’z cave bears!” Dee told them cheerily. The little teddy giggled. “Oh, we thought you were giants,” she told them. Little Dee and Dee both laughed. “Oh no,” Dee giggled, “Just cave bears. We not giants.” Beary stepped closer to the two and put out her paw. “I’m Beary,” she told the two, “I’m happy to meet you.” Little Dee walked up and gave her a hug. “Oh, hello,” he said, “is nice to meets you too!”

The adventurer went around introducing themselves to the two cave bears. The two turned out to be quite the opposite of scary giants. They discovered that the growling they had heard earlier was actually the sounds of Dee and Little Dee yawning. “The cave just makes it sounds much louder!” Dee giggled. Little Dee began sniffing the air. “Oh, does you has foods?” he asked, “I is starving and I finks I smells foods.” The little teddy and her friends all laughed. “Oh yes,” Zombie Jem said, “We just had a picnic earlier and we have some leftovers!” Little Dee jumped for joy. “Oh!” he exclaimed, “We has never hads picnic before!” Dee nodded. “Its true! Can we has picnic?” he asked.

The adventurers led their new friends outside where they set up a new picnic. They gathered up the food they had leftover and gave it to the cave bears. “Oh thank yous!” Little Dee said excitedly, “So much foods is all very good!” Owl and Beary were sharing some candy and fruit they had brought. “Do you like the candy?” Beary asked Dee as he munched on a bit of everything. “Oh yes!” Dee answered merrily, “Is all so goods!” Owl giggled as he watched the two cave bears. “You two mus be weally hungry,” he laughed. “Cave bears eat lots of foods,” Little Dee told him, “Wees very hungwy all the time!”

The little teddy was having so much fun with her new friends. She went over to Zombie Jem and whispered something in his ear. Her undead friend eyed her curiously. “Are you sure, PammyBear?” he asked her. The little teddy smiled and nodded. “Ok,” he told her happily. He reached into the bag he’d brought his own picnic supplies in. He pulled out a smaller bag and handed it to the little teddy. She walked back over to the two cave bears. “These are for you,” she said smiling, “the fwom my vewy speshul cowwection.”

Out of the little bag, she pulled out two potatoes. She gave one to each bear. They both took a potato. “Whas this?” Little Dee asked. The little teddy giggled. “It’s a potato, siwwy,” she explained, “I wove potatoes! They’re jus so nummy!!” Mickey laughed. “She really loves potatoes,” he told the bear, “and she only shares them if she really likes you!” Little Dee and Dee smiled. They each took a bite of their potato. “OH!” Dee exclaimed, “Potatoes is very yummy!” Little Dee bounced happily. “Oh yes,” he agreed, “Is super yums!” The little teddy was very happy they enjoyed her potatoes.

After spending a while with the two cave bears, it was time for everyone to head home. “It was vewy nice to meet you bof,” the little teddy told her new friends. Both Dee and Little Dee smiled. “We hads fun at picnics!” Little Dee told her. “Oh yes! So much fun and yum foods!” Dee added. The new friends all embraced and said goodbye. “Make sures yoo visits us!” Dee told them all as he and Little Dee headed back into their cave. “Oh we certainly shall!” Mickey answered. The adventurers began their walk back home.

It was a few minutes before anyone realized that Teddy Tedaloo had disappeared. “Where did that silly bear go?” Zombie Jem asked to no one in particular. “Tha’s a good question,” the little teddy said. They looked around for a minute before deciding to just keep on their way. But, to their surprise, Teddy Tedaloo was waiting at Zombie Jem’s cemetery. “Where’d you disappear to?” Mickey asked the bear. “Oh, I had some stuff to take care of,” came the sly answer, “and now I must be going. I shall see you all later!” The little teddy waved as he left. “Bye bye Teddy Tedawoo,” she called to him. “That’s Tedaloo,” he called back, “and I shall see you later!”

The adventurers split up at Zombie Jem’s cemetery. Mickey decided to stay with Jem so they could hold another Jam session. The little teddy, Owl, and Beary hugged and headed home. “They were vewy nice cave bears,” the little teddy said to her siblings. “Yea, I can’t wait to see them again,” Owl replied. Beary nodded. As they headed home, they three of them talked about all the fun adventures they were sure to have with their new friends.

Little Teddy and the Thunderstorm

Teddy 39

Oh, hello, everyone! I have another story for you today. It was inspired by my little sister, Teddy’s experience with a thunderstorm last night. I won’t say more; we’ll just get right to the story. I now present to you Little Teddy and the Thunderstorm. I do hope you enjoy!

Little Teddy and the Thunderstorm

The little teddy was on her way to Zombie Jem’s. She was going to hang out with him and Mickey. She was excited for today because Mickey and Jem had decided to play some music together. Mickey was going to bring his personal guitar and keyboard for Jem to play. The little teddy couldn’t wait to hear them perform together. She was trying to get there as quickly as she could because she was so eager to see them play together.

She was walking along through the woods, singing to herself when she felt a rain drop. She looked up and, sure enough, it had started to rain. It wasn’t coming down too heavily, so the little teddy wasn’t too worried. She didn’t mind the rain. So she kept walking, singing to herself. She was so focused on getting to see her friends that she didn’t notice how dark it was getting.

She was about half way there when she first noticed it. A slow rumbling in the sky. The little teddy suddenly noticed how dark it had gotten. Another rumbling in the sky, this time much louder. The little teddy shivered. She didn’t like thunderstorms. She began to pick up her pace, trying to reach her destination as quickly as possible. But before she could get very far, a large bolt of lightning burst through the ever darkening sky, followed by a very loud thunder clap.

The little teddy was getting frightened. She had always been afraid of thunder, but she had never been caught outside in a storm. And the rain was now beginning to come down harder and harder. Another loud crack of thunder caused the scared little teddy to jump. “Eeeee!,” she screamed. She began quickly searching for a place to hide from the storm. She knew she was still a ways away from reaching Zombie Jem’s cemetery so she hoped to find somewhere to wait out the storm.

But, search as she did, the little teddy could find nowhere to hide. She realized that her safest bet was to try and hide under a tree. But, much to her dismay, none of the trees around were that big. When another large thunder clap shook the very ground, the little teddy decided to just make a run for the cemetery. She took off, running as fast as her little legs would carry her. Suddenly the loudest thunder clap she had ever heard rang through the sky.

The little teddy, shaken from the thunder, slipped and fell on the muddy ground. She struggled to get her footing and then ran to closest tree. Another loud crack of thunder sounded as she reached the tree. The little teddy huddled as close to the tree as she could and curled up into a ball. It had gotten really dark and she wasn’t quite sure if she was going the right way. The little teddy began to cry. She was frightened by the storm and felt all alone.

The little teddy was beginning to think she would have to spend the night alone and scared in the middle of a terrible thunderstorm when she heard a voice in the distance. She wasn’t able to make out the voices, but she tried her best to focus on them. It was hard to do while the constant thunder kept scaring her. Finally she was able to make out something. “PammyBear?” she heard a voice calling. “Pammy?” another voice called. The little teddy stood up. It had to be Zombie Jem and Mickey. Shivering, she focused on where she heard the voices coming from. “Hewwo?” she yelled out as loud as she could. When she got no reply, she began to cry again. She worried that her friends had given up the search.

Suddenly the little teddy heard the voice again, this time much closer. “PammyBear?” she could clearly make out Zombie Jem’s voice this time. “I’m here,” she cried out, “I’m over here!” To the little teddy’s relief, Zombie Jem and Mickey came running up to her. Her two friends both hugged her. “I’m so sorry it took so long for us to get here,” Zombie Jem apologized, “as soon as it started storming, we got worried.” Mickey nodded. “We waited just a few moments,” he told her, “and then when you didn’t show up, we came out to find you.”

Zombie Jem and Mickey got the little teddy back to the cemetery as quickly as they could. “There’s a large shed in the very back in of the cemetery,” Jem explained to her once they got there, “that’s where we’re headed.” Once they got her inside, Zombie Jem went to get a blanket. Mickey hugged his friend. “Oh no,” he said worriedly, “you’re shivering. Don’t worry, Jem will be back with a blanket soon.” The little teddy curled up against her friend, trying to get a little warmer. “It was so scawy,” she said, “I’m so scawed of thunderstorms.” Mickey rubbed the little teddies back. “It’s ok,” he assured her, “you’re here with us now.”

It was just a couple of minutes before Zombie Jem returned. He had a large blanket with him. “That’s a big blanket for one small teddy,” Mickey told him. His undead friend smiled. “Oh it’s not just for her,” he laughed, “it’s for us all!” He handed the blanket to Mickey, who wrapped it around himself and the little teddy. “I’ve made us all some hot chocolate,” he told Mickey, before walking away, “and I wanna get the computer so we can show PammyBear that recording.”

Upon hearing this, the little teddy perked up some. She sat up. “What wecording,” she asked. Mickey smiled. “Oh yeah!,” he answered, “Before we came out to get you, we had recording a jam session. We think it sounds pretty good!” Zombie Jem walked back over and handed a mug of cocoa to his friends. He set down his laptop in front of them and sat down, wrapping the blanket around himself. He started up the laptop and pulled up the recording. “Get ready to enjoy the musical stylings of Mickey and the Undead,” Jem said proudly. The little teddy began to forget about her ordeal in the storm as she and her friends spent the night listening to music.

The Little Teddy Meets a Rock Star

Teddy 39

Hello, everyone! Thank you for joining me for another story. I think you’ll all enjoy my newest one! Please leave your thoughts on it in the comments below. Thank you! And now, without further ado, here’s The Little Teddy Meets a Rock Star.

The Little Teddy Meets a Rock Star

The little teddy was hanging out in Zombie Jem in his cemetery. With her was her brothers Owl and Fox. It was getting late and they had all been hanging out most of the day. And though it was getting late, none of them were ready to call it a night. “I think we should go out somewhere tonight,” Jem told his friends. The little teddy began bouncing excitedly. “Oh!” she replied, excitedly, “Yike where?” Zombie Jem shrugged. “I’m not sure,” he answered, “but I definitely wanna do something tonight.” The four friends began walking towards the cemetery’s exit.

The moment they closed the cemetery gate behind them, they heard a voice seemingly coming from the cemetery itself. “I think I can help you out,” the voice said. They all looked back into the cemetery, but saw nobody. Then, they saw someone walking up the side of the cemetery. They walked around to meet whoever it was that felt they needed help. The little teddy was surprised to see that she actually knew who it was.

“Teddy Tedawoo?” she asked as they met up with the bear. “That’s Teddy Tedaloo, thank you,” the bear replied, “and I think I have something fun for you all to do tonight!” Everyone’s eyes lit up. “Ooh!” the little teddy exclaimed, “yike what?” Teddy Tedaloo smiled. “Well, there’s a small concert being held in the forest,” he explained, “and I happen to have the last five tickets.” Zombie Jem eyed the bear suspiciously. “Now when you say small,” he started, “how small are we talking?” The bear shrugged. “It’s a private show,” he answered, “for five guests.”

Zombie Jem was a little uncertain of Teddy Tedaloo’s offer. “I don’t know,” he said, “it’s a little weird that you happen to have five tickets to a private show for five guests.” The little teddy grabbed Jem’s hand and began bouncing excitedly. “Oh pwease,” she asked, “can we go?” Jem saw that Fox and Owl were bouncing excitedly with their sister. He rolled his eyes and smiled. “Oh, ok,” he sighed, “it would be pretty cool to see a concert.” Teddy Tedaloo clapped his paws. “Well,” he began, “that’s settled! Now, if you’ll please follow me, we can make our way to the concert.” The group began following the bear into the forest.

The walk to the concert site was a very pleasant one. Teddy Tedaloo told them a little bit about the artist they were going to see. His name was Mickey and he had a band called Mickey and the Kilbears. They were an indie rock band that had only been performing for a short while. “But they’re very good,” he assured everyone, “I think you’re in for a real treat.” The little teddy was getting more and more excited as they walked. “I can’t wait!” she said happily. “Oh yeah,” Owl agreed, “this is going to be so fun!” In no time they had arrived to their destination.

A large stage was set up in a large clearing in the forest. Speakers lined the sides of the stage, and in the middle of the stage was the band setup. The little teddy could tell the band was a five piece, with three guitarists, a keyboardist, and a drummer. “Well the band uses some good equipment,” he explained to everyone, “so that’s a good sign.” Teddy Tedaloo motioned to a row of five seats in front of the stage. “Everyone, please be seated,” he instructed, “the show is about to begin.” Excited, everyone sat down. Many colored lights flooded the stage. They show was about to start, and the little teddy was getting more and more excited.

A small bear walked up on stage, followed by four more who each took their place at their respective instruments. The first bear went up to a microphone in the front center of the stage. “Thank you all for coming tonight,” he said, a little nervously, “I’m Mickey and we are Mickey and the Kilbears!” The little teddy began clapping. Everyone else joined in shortly after. Upon hearing the applause, Mickey smiled brightly. “We hope you enjoy the show!” he said excitedly before going to get his own guitar.

The moment they began playing, the little teddy knew that this was probably the greatest band ever. She was enthralled by the way the band played and by the way Mickey sang. She looked over to everyone and saw that they were all having a good time to. Owl and Fox were both dancing with the music. Zombie Jem leaned in close to the little teddy. “Are you having fun, PammyBear,” he asked her. The little teddy nodded happily. “Oh yes,” she answered, “this is so fun! I wove this band!” Jem nodded and the two focused their attention back to the band.

The show lasted about an hour and a half. As soon as they finished their last song, Mickey walked back up to the front and center mic. “Thank you all so much again for coming to the show tonight,” he began, with much more confidence than when he’d first spoken, “Did you all enjoy yourselves?” Everyone stood up, clapping and cheering. Mickey beamed. “I’m so glad you had fun everyone!” he said happily, “Now, my band mates aren’t really ones for socializing, but I’ll be hanging around for a while. But please, would you please give it up for my band mates before they leave?” Everyone stood up again and applauded Mickey’s band mates as they stood up and headed off stage.

A few minutes later, Mickey came from backstage to meet everyone. He smiled as he walked up. “I’m sorry for the wait,” he told them apologetically, “I had to catch up with the rest of the band. I keep trying to get them to be more social but, so far, I’ve had no luck with that.” Teddy Tedaloo shook his head. “Oh, it’s no problem at all,” he told Mickey, “We understand completely. Right everyone?” Everyone nodded agreement. Zombie Jem approached Mickey and extended his hand. Mickey took it with a smile. “Man, that was some good music,” Jem told him, “I used to be a musician myself when I was alive.” Mickey nodded. “That’s really cool,” he replied, “We’re still pretty new, but we’ve gotten some really positive feedback so far.”

Zombie Jem and Mickey talked for a while about their music. The little teddy waited anxiously with her brothers. They were discussing the show when Mickey and Jem came over to them. “Sorry for taking so long,” Mickey said, “I get distracted easily when discussing music.” Zombie Jem nodded. “I’m sorry, everyone,” he added, “I didn’t mean to keep him for so long. I don’t often get to reminisce about my music days.” The little teddy laughed. “Oh, tha’s ok,” she told her friend, “We’ve been having fun talking about the concert. It was jus so fun!” Owl and Fox both nodded. “We both had a wot of fun!” Fox told Mickey happily. “Oh yes,” Owl agreed, “Your band is vewy good!” Mickey smiled brightly. “Thank you so much!” he told them, “I really appreciate it!”

The little teddy spent the next few minutes getting to know Mickey. She really liked Mickey. He told her that he was a pretty shy bear, but playing in a band was helping him become a little less so. “Well, I would never guess you were a shy bear,” the little teddy told him, “You seem pwetty confident.” Mickey giggled. “Well, I’m really working on it,” he told her. The little teddy smiled. “Well, you’re doing a weawwy good job!” she assured him. “I don’t mean to interrupt,” Jem said suddenly, “but how would you feel about coming back to my place to hang out for a little bit? If you have the time, that is.” The teddy began bouncing excitedly. “Oh yes,” she exclaimed, “that would be so fun!” Mickey’s eyes lit up. “Oh! That would be great,” he answered, “I can’t believe how nice you all are!”

Soon, Mickey was walking back with everyone to Zombie Jem’s cemetery. He was so happy to have made so many friends at his show. When they reached the cemetery he couldn’t help but be impressed. “Wow,” he told Zombie Jem, “this place is huge!” Jem smiled proundly. “Oh yes,” he replied, “I quite like it!” Teddy Tedaloo clapped his paws together. “Well,” he told everyone, “this is where I take my leave. Got a paper to write!” He smiled and headed off. “Bye Teddy Tedawoo,” the little teddy called to him as he walked away, “See you water!” The bear turned around quickly. “That’s Teddy TedaLOO,” he called back, “and yes, you certainly shall see me later!” He continued off back to his newstand.

The little teddy spent the rest of the night hanging out with Mickey and Zombie Jem in the cemetery. Fox and Owl had decided to head home a little after Teddy Tedaloo had left. Teddy and Jem both found that they really enjoyed Mickey’s company. And to their delight, he felt the same. “I do hope you’ll come by often!” Jem told Mickey happily. Mickey nodded. “I definitely will,” he answered, “you’re all very nice and I’m glad to have met you all.” The little teddy gave her new friend a big hug. She was glad to have met such a nice bear. The new friends spent a while talking before the little teddy decided to head home. On her way, she thought about the fun everyone would have adventuring with their new friend. Her rock ‘n’ roll bear.

Featured Teddy sibwing: Fin Bear

Oh, hi! My name is Fin Bear. I am a very adventurous bear! I was actually just a adopted today! A few hours ago, as a matter or fact. I had to wait to get my piccy taken because I was quite dirty and was told I needed a bath. But now I’m all clean and ready for a new adventure!

I enjoy all kinds of adventures! Whether it be getting engrossed in a book, watching a cool t.v. series, or playing video games with someone, this bear just loves adventure! I noticed that my new daddy has some building toys called Bionicles; I may have to see if he’ll let me build stuff with him! I think all bears should have adventures!

My new sister, Teddy was so kind to let me post this on her personal blog. I think she’s a very nice bear. She tells me that she’s met a lot of nice bears and humans (teddies and humens, as she calls them, respectively) via her blog and her twitter account. This makes me very happy. I love to make new friends and having adventures with them! I’m told that my new big brother, Teddy (woo, it sure gets confusing having so many siblings named Teddy, teehehe!), likes to write stories and plans to become a famous author bear one day;  he hopes to release a compilation book of his stories when he can. Maybe he can write me and any new friends I make into a story. I think that could be quite fun!

Well, I do think that’s enough about me. Please, I would like to get to know you all better, so if you wouldn’t mind leaving a comment telling me about yourself, I would certainly appreciate it! I certainly hope you’ve enjoyed meeting me. Until next time, have a great day (or afternoon or evening, depending on where you live)! Thank you so much for coming to meet me!

Teddy 48

Kitties.

Oh hi! I’m the Teddy! I’m gonna tell you a wittle about my yife at home.

My mommy and daddy have two cats. Thare names are Devon and Scottie. Devon is a girl and Scottie is a boy. I weawwy yike them, but they don’t yike me or my bwothers or sisters. One time, my sister Fwoppy Teddy was walking by thare kitty tower and Devon weached out and stuck her cwaw in Fwoppy Teddys face! And one time she attacked Sigh yike a wild animal!

It’s not easy wiving wif cats when your a teddy. You twy to be nice to them but then they just act like meanie heads! Scottie wuns away whenever one of us goes near him. Even if we’re weawwy cwiet. So what the Teddy yikes to do is hide on daddys back and then when he goes to pet the Scottie, I pounce! I start petting him and make him purr! Whenever he notices that the Teddy is petting him, he runs away as fast as he can!

Sometimes we can pet Devon if we’re careful. But we have to sneak up on her to do it. The Teddy has gotten pwetty good at it, but sometimes she still gets me. Maybe the Teddy should jus wear a suit of armor.

If any of you have twoublesome pets, how do you handle them? Any tips for the Teddy? Let me know in the comments bewow. Thank you for wetting em wamble on about mommy and daddys kitties. Teeheehee! Bye bye! The Teddy woves you all! *hugs*

Dance of the Fairy Teddies

Teddy 38

Oh, hello, everyone. Welcome to another bedtime story with me, Teddy. Tonight’s story is a fairy tale! I hope you enjoy it! I’m quite excited to write my first fairy tale so let me get right to it. Our story takes place in a beautiful place. That place, is the mind of a little teddy. A teddy who longs for adventures. To see new places. To make new friends.

Now, let us delve into that beautiful mind. Let us witness, The Dance of the Fairy Teddies.

The Dance of the Fairy Teddies

The little teddy had just gone to bed. She’d had a fun day hanging out with her siblings and Zombie Jem and was quite exhausted. As soon as she got into bed, she fell asleep quickly. And shortly after, she went off to the dream world.

The little teddy opened her eyes. She didn’t recognize where she had awoken. She was laying under a tree in what seemed to be a large forest. The little teddy stood up and looked around. “Ooh,” she gasped, “this pwace is weawwy pwetty!” She began to explore the forest, before realizing that regardless of how pretty the place was, she didn’t know where she was.

“Oh hi, PammyBear!” The little teddy turned to see Zombie Jem standing behind her. “Oh hi!” she said excitedly, running to hug her friend. After a long embrace, she asked, “Do you know where we are?” Zombie Jem shook his head. “No,”he answered, “I have no idea.”  The two began walking around the forest, enjoying all the nature around them.

After a while, they came upon what seemed to be the way out of the forest. But blocking the way was a hooded figure. As they got closer to figure, they way that he was holding a large walking stick. “Hmm…” Zombie Jem mused, “I wonder who this could be.” When they reached the figure, he took off his hood, revealing himself to be a bear. “Hello there, travelers,” the bear said loudly, “I have been waiting for you!” The little teddy and Zombie Jem exchanged quick glances. “What do you mean?” Jem asked the bear.

The bear explained to them that it was his job to lead new travelers in the forest to their destinations, even if they were unaware of having one in the first place. The forest was a place that couldn’t be found on a map. Nobody quite knew how to find the forest, but somehow there were always new travelers. “And I, Teddy Tedaloo, am here to lead them all on their way!” The bear finished his speech with a bow. “Oh, so where are we going, Mr. Cwazy bear?” the Teddy asked, giggling. “That’s Teddy Tedaloo,” the bear said sternly, “and I insist you call me that exactly!” And with that, the walked past the little teddy and Zombie Jem and headed deeper into the forest. The two friends headed after him.

Teddy Tedaloo led the little teddy and Zombie Jem further and further into the woods. “Where exactly are we going?” Jem asked their guide. The bear looked back at the two travelers and smiled. “To witness the dance of the fairy teddies,” he said quickly before turning back. The little teddy’s eyes lit up. “Faiwy teddys?” she exclaimed, “I wanna see faiwy teddys!!” Teddy Tedaloo laughed. “Then follow me,” he instructed her. The little teddy bounced excitedly. “Ok!” she agreed. Zombie Jem laughed. The two continued to follow their guide.

After walking for what seemed like hours to the little teddy, they reached a cave. “Well,” Teddy Tedaloo said to her, “this is your destination. Head on in and I’ll wait here for you and your friend to get out.” The little teddy looked into the cave. She could see a very faint light at the far back of it, but nothing more. But she was too excited to be scared. “Ooh, let’s go,” she told her zombie friend, “I wanna see the faiwies!” Zombie Jem grabbed her paw. “Ok,” he told his friend, “but hold my hand until we get to the back of the cave. It’s dark and I don’t want you to trip and get hurt.” The two headed into the dark cave.

The cave was even more vast than it seemed. It felt to the little teddy that it took forever to reach the back, where the light was coming from. And when they did finally reach it, the two couldn’t believe their eyes. Flying around a large opening at the back of the cave were fairies. But not just ordinary fairies. Fairy teddies, just as Teddy Tedaloo had said.

“Oh my gosh,” Zombie Jem gasped, “I can’t believe it.” The little teddy couldn’t take her eyes away from the fairies. “Faiwies,” she said excitedly, “weal faiwy teddys!” Zombie Jem was happy to see the little teddy so excited. “Why don’t you see if you can approach them,” he suggested. The little teddy nodded and walked slowly towards the fairies, expecting they to fly away in fear. But, much to her surprise, they flew towards her. The fairies surrounded her and led her to the middle of the opening and began flying around her. Their wings started to glow as they continued to circle the little teddy.

Suddenly the little teddy started to feel a little warm. “Whoa, PammyBear,” Zombie Jem said with a hint of nervousness, “you’re glowing!” The little teddy looked at her paws and saw that she was indeed glowing. “Ooh! What’s going on?” she asked aloud. Then she began to feel lighter. “You’ve grown wings, PammyBear!” Jem excitedly told her. The little teddy reached behind her and felt the wings that had suddenly sprouted from her back. “Oh!” she exclaimed, “I’m a faiwy teddy!” She turned to Zombie Jem, beaming. “I’m a faiwy teddy,” she said excitedly, “I’m a faiwy teddy!”

The little teddy took a couple of minutes to get used to her new wings, and then flew over to Zombie Jem. “Your wings are very pretty,” her undead friend told her, smiling. “I know,” the little teddy replied, “I weawwy yike them!” She took her friend’s hand and started to fly. She wasn’t sure if she would be able to fly with Jem, but to her excitement, she could. “Wow, PammyBear, we’re flying!” Jem exclaimed. He could hardly believe how strong the fairies’ magic was. But here he was, flying with his best friend. He was having a lot of fun and he could tell that she was having even more fun than him.

The little teddy flew around with Zombie Jem for a while more before the other fairy teddies began flying around them. “What are they doing?” Jem asked. The little teddy listened for a moment, seemingly hearing something that he couldn’t. “They’re saying that I have to set you down so we can dance,” she explained. She wasn’t entirely sure how she knew what they were saying, but she did. And, as the fairies had said, she carefully landed and set down Jem and joined them back in the center of the opening.

The fairy teddies began flying around the little teddy again. Their wings began to glow and continuously change colours as they began to fly all around, filling the whole area with a rainbow of light. The little teddy began to fly spin around, her own wings glowing. Almost as if by instinct, she began to dance with the rest of the fairy teddies. Zombie Jem sat back, watching in awe. He had never seen something so amazing in his life, or his afterlife. He loved seeing his PammyBear having such a fun time.

Zombie Jem could have watched the fairy teddies dance forever. But, after a while, the dance came to an end. The little teddy landed as the rest of the fairies began circling her again. Their wings began to glow again, and in couple of moments, the little teddies wings disappeared. She thanked the fairy teddies and then ran to her friend. “I got to be a faiwy!,” she said excitedly, hugging Jem. Zombie Jem smiled. “I saw,” he told her happily, “You looked amazing dancing with the other fairies. But I think we ought to head back.” The little teddy nodded. “Yeah,” she agreed, “I think you’re wight. Let’s so see if that cwazy bear is still out there.”

Zombie Jem took the little teddys paw and they walked through dark cave again to get back to the forest. Teddy Tedaloo was waiting at the cave’s entrance for them. He smiled as they approached them. “Did you see the teddy fairies?” he asked the little teddy. She and Zombie Jem relayed the story of what had happened deep in the cave. Teddy Tedaloo nodded. “Yeah,” he said knowingly, “That’s what I thought.” Zombie Jem looked at him curiously. “What do you mean, Teddy Tedaloo?” he asked the bear. “Oh, nothing,” Teddy Tedaloo answered, “Now let’s get you two back home.”

The two travelers followed their guide back through the forest. They didn’t talk much as did; instead they just enjoyed the sounds of the forest. When they reached the forest’s exit where they had first met Teddy Tedaloo, they stopped to say goodbye. “I’m certain we’ll see each other again,” Teddy Tedaloo told the little teddy, “And probably you as well, my undead friend.” He gave the two travelers a hug. “Thank you vewy much for leading us to the faiwy teddies,” the little teddy said as she hugged him. Zombie Jem gave him a hug too and then he and the little teddy walked out of the forest.

The little teddy opened her eyes. She sat up in her bed, a big smile on her face. “What a vewy nice dweam,” she said to herself, “I should meet up wif Zombie Jem and tell him about it.” She got out of bed and went to the living room. Her mommy and daddy were watching t.v. with her siblings. “Oh! Good morning, mommy! Good morning, daddy!” she said cheerily, “May I go to Zombie Jems for a little while?” Her mommy smiled. “Of course you can,” she answered, “Just don’t be out too late.” The little teddy nodded. “I won’t, mommy,” she told her, “I’ll pwobabwy be back for wunch.” With that, she headed out to see her friend.

The little teddy closed the front door to her house and headed towards Zombie Jems cemetery. She noticed a stand in the street across the road that she hadn’t seen before. She went to investigate, and found that it was a news stand. She saw someone in the back of the stand looking through some boxes. “Excuse me,” the little teddy said to the stranger. The stranger stood up and walked over to the stand. He was a jolly looking bear. The little teddy thought he seemed familiar, but she couldn’t place him. “Hi there,” the bear said happily, “I’ve just set up this news stand. I eventually plan to have a full news station, but for now this will do. I have lots to set up still, but here, take a copy of my paper. Free of charge. And please, come back to see me when I’m fully set up.”

The bear handed the little teddy a newspaper. She took a look at the cover page. “The Teddy Tedaloo Times,” she read aloud, “that sounds familwar.” But she couldn’t place it any more than she could place the bear. She shrugged it off and continued on her way to Zombie Jem’s cemetery. She just couldn’t wait to tell him about her dream.
